Dear Artisan:

 

The Marion FoxTrot Festival Committee invites you to participate in the 30th Marion FoxTrot Festival scheduled for Saturday, May 18th in beautiful downtown Marion.

 

• Booth fee is $50.00 per space (each space is equal to a car parking space).  Moveable cart fee is $100.00 per cart.

• There will be an additional $10 for electricity

• Setup begins at 6:30 a.m. and personal vehicles must be off street into designed parking lot by 9:00 a.m.  

​

• At the end of the day all vendors must be packed and off Main Street by 7:00 p.m.

 

• Be prepared to set up your exhibit/tent onto pavement. No items can be placed on sidewalk behind your space.

 

• Non-Profit groups may have a free booth for giving out “for information only” items. Fundraising activities are not allowed in this area. 

 

• There will be an information booth set up in front of the courthouse at the intersection of Main and Godbold Streets.  Someone will be there at 6:30 a.m. to give out vendor space numbers.

 

No vendor will be allowed to sell any confederate items, fake cigarette, laser light pen or toy guns. In the event any such items are being displayed or sold, first, the vendor will be asked to remove items and the second visit the vendor will be told to leave festival without any refunds.  

 

Each vendor must have a South Carolina Business license to participate in the festival.A representative is usually onsite to provide these licenses for a fee, but this is not a guarantee.
